Special Note:

Tour agent / hotel concierge kindly ensure that there will be no reservation made for pregnant ladies or clients Who has history of spinal injury. Incase if there is any kindly inform in advance, we will arrange to drop them in the Campsite before the dune bashing and our staff will be looking after them until others join them for dinner after Dune bashing.

Cancellation Policy:

• In case of bad weather and client will be informed in advance that the safari is cancel, the booking option Automatically will go for the following day.
• If the client does not want to go on following day due to their schedules
• 100% refund will be paid back by the company.
• If client has done the dune bashing and will not be able to avail the B.B.Q. dinner at the campsite 20% refund will be paid back by the Tourism company.

• In case the client cancels the safari within 24 hrs there will be no refund and full amount will be Charge.

• Desert Safari bookings are quoted on a per case basis.
• Deposit schedule and cancellation policy apply, and will be stipulated in a separate group contract.

For physically challenged people should be in exclusive car Rates and conditions are subject to change

The Royal vision Tourism LLC should not be held liable in any case other than force majeure if the safari Does not take place due to bad weather. Neither party shall be under any obligation to the other hereunder if the Force majeure, which shall include, without limitation, acts of God, war or hostilities (whether declared or not), Invasion, act of foreign states, act of international organizations, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, civil war or riot, Civil disturbance, terrorism, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, strikes, Epidemics, earthquake or fire.

If client has done the dune bashing and will not be able to avail the B.B.Q. dinner at the campsite 20% refund will be paid back by the Tourism company.
